Description

TV sideboard in 18mm mdf natural with 30mm top. Inside with 3 shelves and pot hinges for the doors. Painted in satin black.

DIY Custom TV cabinet

The TV sideboard was drawn in 3D via SketchUp to get a good idea of ​​the required panels. The dimensions were calculated based on this 3D model, from which the cutting list on OPMAATZAGEN.nl was drawn up.

For assembly I used wood glue and Rotadrill MDF screws. Screw holes are pre-drilled and countersinked with a countersink. The screw holes were filled with MDF filler after installation. The ends of the cabinet are provided with a smooth layer of lacquer filler. The entire cabinet has been sanded with a small grain of sandpaper. The cabinet has been primed with a black primer (mixed) and finished with black semi-gloss lacquer paint.
