What did you make?

2 custom black planters for outdoor use. Made of concrete plywood (OPMAATZAGEN.nl). Equipped with plastic containers (Ikea) and wheels (Action). Containers painted in (Sikkens) satin gloss color gray black.

Make your own custom planters

Order

First of all, select the desired container size determined, then the betonplex custom-ordered from OPMAATZAGEN.nl.

Preparations

Concrete plywood first degreased with ammonia, then sanded with grit 240. Apply 2 layers of edge sealer to the edges of the concrete plywood. Provide the concrete plywood on one side (the side that serves as the outside of the container) with 2 layers of multiprimer.

Assembly

Put the containers together screwed using impregnated 4x4 cm beams on the inside. This means you don't have to screw on the outside. 2 concrete plywood plates are mounted on the inside of each box on which the wheels are attached. Trays mounted to hang plastic liners. Cover slat installed. Then all edges were sealed.

Finishing

Finally, the containers were varnished.
