It is also the right choice when you want to finish your project by covering it with, for example, wallpaper; the slightly coarse surface makes it adhere well. Do you want to use MDF for visual applications? Then it still has to be finished with a lacquer or paint of your choice.
MDF natural is a structural sheet. This means that this sheet material still needs the necessary finishing before it can be used for visual applications.

Machining MDF natural sheets
The sheet consists of wood fibres compressed under high pressure. This makes the material easy to work with. When milling or sawing, this sheet material does not splinter. The fibres are held together by resin. This makes it important to degrease the plate well before painting the material. The material also has an absorbent effect, which is why we recommend always finishing the edges with an edge sealer. For this reason, MDF natural is only suitable for applications indoors and in dry conditions.
