Flight case for products such as mirror balls, MDF by ESP Productions

Description

We have made various boxes from 9 mm MDF planks for the safe transport of mirror balls, for example. The inside is covered with foam and the outside is painted with Warnex paint. This way we have a cheap solution so that the products can still be transported safely.

We first noted the dimensions of the product.
Then each Added 1 cm on the side for the foam.
So I manually calculated how big the box should be and how big each plank should be with the lid.
When the planks arrived, we first checked them all. painted. We put them together with Penn Elcom material. and so we stuck all the corners in place. Foam was glued to the inside, handles, latches and hinges were placed on it and the box is ready. A cheap way to transport the material safely.
